To use True Wireless Stereo (TWS), ensure both speakers are the same model and in Bluetooth mode. Press and hold the TWS button on one unit until they sync, then connect your Bluetooth device to the main speaker.
For the first use, charge the battery for at least 4–5 hours. To maintain battery health, recharge the unit fully every 60 days if it is stored for long periods.
Check that the volume on both your device and the speaker is turned up. Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth mode and successfully paired. If interference occurs, move the device closer to the speaker.
