NB ERGONOMIC support FAQ

Soalan lazim tentang manual, pendaftaran dan sokongan untuk jenama ini.

  • My monitor doesn't have VESA holes. What should I do?

For monitors without VESA holes, you can order specific adapter mounts (like the F+FP-(H) mounts) that securely clamp onto the screen.

  • The arm on my mount won't stay in place and moves automatically. What could be the issue?

If the arm moves up automatically, the torque is too high for your monitor; reduce it by turning the adjustment screw towards '-'. If it moves down, the torque is too low; increase it by turning towards '+'.

  • How do I pair the remote control with the touch control panel on the motorized cart?

Unplug the power cord, press and hold the sync button on the remote until the signal light flashes, then plug the power cord back in while continuing to hold the button. The pairing is successful when the signal light turns off.

  • What does error code E02 mean on my motorized TV cart?

Error code E02 indicates an overcurrent condition. You should reduce the load on the stand. If the problem persists, contact a local distributor for repair service.
