Connect the device to the docking station or charger ensuring the modules are properly aligned. Charging typically takes around 15 minutes for models like the SP 8.0 and Fit 5.0. The battery icon will flash during charging and stay solid when full.
Electrode placement depends on the muscle group being treated. For optimum results, follow the on-screen guide (on wireless units) or the placement chart provided in your user manual. Generally, electrodes should cover the motor point of the muscle or the painful area for TENS programs.
