Terdapat lima keadaan kesesakan kertas seperti di bawah:

A) Jam Tengah

Langkah 1: Tarik dulang kertas keluar, kemudian tarik keluar kertas yang macet dengan perlahan, dan Pasangkan dulang kertas.

Langkah 2: Buka penutup depan, keluarkan kartrij toner laser di sepanjang trek, kemudian tarik keluar kertas yang macet dengan perlahan.

B) Jam Kertas di unit Fuser

Langkah 1: Buka penutup depan dan kemudian keluarkan kartrij toner laser di sepanjang rel panduan, kemudian buka penutup belakang, keluarkan pintu pelebur menggunakan pegangan di kedua sisi.
