Why won't my HyperX SoloCast connect?

If your HyperX SoloCast is not connecting or being recognized, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Semak Sambungan USB: Ensure the USB-C cable is firmly plugged into the microphone's port (E) and the USB-A end is securely connected to a functional USB port on your PC or PS4.

Verify Power Status: Check the Microphone status LED (B). If the LED is not lit, the device is not receiving power. Try a different USB port or a different USB cable to rule out a faulty connection.

Semak Status Bisu: If the LED is flashing, the microphone is muted. Tap the top of the microphone (A) to unmute it.

Tetapan Sistem: On a PC, ensure the SoloCast is selected as the 'Default Device' in your Sound Settings under the 'Recording' tab. On a PS4, go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices and ensure the Input Device is set to HyperX SoloCast.
