ED-HMI2002-070C integrates 7-inch LCD touch screen and is mainly used in industrial control and IOT.

1.5 Antara muka

1.5.1 Bekalan Kuasa

The ED-HMI2002-101C device contains 1 audio interface, 3.5mm four-section headphone terminal, and the silkscreen is “Ikon Audio“. It supports OMTP specification stereo headphone output and single channel microphone recording.

1.5.4 HDMI

ED-HMI2002-070C includes 2 HDMI ports, and the silkscreen is “HDMI”. The connector is microHDMI, which can connect to HDMI displays and supports up to 4Kp60.

1.5.5 USB 2.0

ED-HMI2002-070C includes 2 USB 2.0 ports, and the silkscreen is “USB 2.0 Icon“. The connector is USB Type-A, which can connect to standard USB 2.0 peripherals and supports up to 480Mbps.

1.5.6 USB 3.0

ED-HMI2002-070C includes 2 USB 3.0 ports, and the silkscreen is “USB 3.0 Icon“. The connector is USB Type-A, which can connect to standard USB 3.0 peripherals and supports up to 5Gbps.

2 Memasang Peranti

Bab ini menerangkan operasi khusus untuk memasang peranti.

2.1 Memasang Raspberry Pi 4 (pilihan)

If the product model purchased by the customer does not include Raspberry Pi 4, Raspberry Pi 4 needs to be installed first.

Persediaan

  • ED-HMI2002-070C and SD card have been obtained from the packaging box.
  • Raspberry Pi 4 is ready.

    – ED-Pi4PCOOLER is an optional cooling accessory.
    – If there is a film of thermal conductive silicone, please remove it .

2.2 Pemasangan Terbenam

Peranti ED-HMI2002-070C menyokong pemasangan hadapan terbenam. Pakej Standard tidak termasuk aksesori pemasangan panel, sila beli ED-ACCHMI-Front daripada pengedar kami terlebih dahulu.

Persediaan

  • ED-ACCHMI-Front accessory kit has been obtained (contains 4xbuckles, 4xM4*10 screws and 4xM4*16 screws).

Langkah

1. ensure the opening size of the cabinet according to the size of ED-HMI2002-070C, as shown in the figure below.

2. Drill a hole on the cabinet according to the hole size of step1.

3. Embed the ED-HMI2002-070C into the cabinet from the outside.

4. Jajarkan lubang skru (lubang tidak berulir) gesper dengan lubang pemasangan gesper pada peranti.

5. Gunakan 4 skru M4*10 untuk melepasi gesper dan ketatkannya mengikut arah jam untuk membetulkan gesper pada peranti; kemudian gunakan 4 skru M4*16 untuk melepasi lubang skru (lubang berulir) gesper dan ketatkan mengikut arah jam ke hujung melalui gesper.

3 Memulakan Peranti

3.1 Menyambung Kabel

3.2 Boot Sistem Buat Pertama Kali

ED-HMI2002-070C tidak mempunyai suis kuasa. Selepas bekalan kuasa disambungkan, sistem akan bermula.

4 Log Masuk Jauh

Bab ini memperkenalkan cara untuk log masuk peranti dari jauh.

4.1 Mencari IP Peranti

4.2 Menyambung Ke Desktop Peranti Melalui VNC

After the device starts normally, you can choose to remotely connect to the device through VNC to configure or debug it.

Penyediaan:

  • RealVNC Viewer tool has been installed on PC.
  • ED-HMI2002-070C telah disambungkan ke rangkaian melalui penghala.
  • IP address of ED-HMI2002-070C has been get.
  • The VNC function in the ED-HMI2002-070C system has been turned on, as shown in the following figure.

5 Memasang OS (pilihan)

  • If you are purchasing a device without Raspberry Pi 4 and SD card, the device does not come with an operating system by default. Raspberry Pi 4 needs to be installed first, then you need to install os. Our company supports to install the OS by installing the standard Raspberry Pi OS first, and then install the Firmware package.
  • If you are purchasing a device with Raspberry Pi 4 and SD card, the device is shipped with an operating system by default. If the OS is corrupted during use or the user needs to replace the OS, it is necessary to re-download the appropriate system image and install it. Our company supports to install the OS by installing the standard Raspberry Pi OS first, and then install the Firmware package.

5.1 Memuat turun OS File

5.2 Berkelip ke Kad SD

Adalah disyorkan untuk menggunakan alat rasmi Raspberry Pi. Laluan muat turun adalah seperti berikut:

1. Open the device case, then pull out SD card.

a. Remove the metal case of the ED-HMI2002-070C by unscrewing the 4 M3 screws on the metal case counterclockwise with a screwdriver.

b. Remove the Raspberry Pi 4 by unscrewing the four screws that mount the Raspberry Pi 4 counterclockwise with a screwdriver.

c. Pull out SD card from SD card slot of Raspberry Pi 4.

2. Masukkan kad SD ke dalam pembaca kad, dan kemudian masukkan pembaca kad ke dalam port USB komputer anda.

3. Buka Pemformat Kad SD, pilih huruf pemacu yang diformat, dan klik "Format" di bahagian bawah sebelah kanan untuk memformat.

b. Selamatkan Raspberry Pi 4 dengan mengetatkan 4 skru untuk memasang Raspberry Pi 4 mengikut arah jam dengan pemutar skru.

c. Ketatkan skru 4 M3 pada bekas logam ED-HMI2002-070C mengikut arah jam dengan pemutar skru dan tutup bekas peranti.

5.3 Memasang Pakej Perisian Tegar

Selepas memasang OS Raspberry Pi standard pada ED-HMI2002-070C. Anda perlu mengkonfigurasi sistem dengan menambahkan sumber edatec apt dan memasang pakej perisian tegar untuk menjadikan sistem berfungsi. Berikut adalah bekasampversi desktop Debian 12 (ulat buku).
