  • How do I pair my Xnbada LED controller with the mobile app?

    Ensure your smartphone is on the same 2.4GHz WiFi network. Power cycle the controller (ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON) until the white light blinks, signaling it is in pairing or reset mode. Open the Smart Life or Tuya app and follow the on-screen prompts to discover and add your device.

  • Why is the Xnbada RF remote not controlling my LED strip?

    The remote must be linked to the controller first. Switch the light off, wait 10 seconds, and switch it back on. Within 3 seconds of the light turning on, quickly press the link button 3 times. The light will blink 3 times slowly when successfully paired.

  • What app is used to control Xnbada SP-series LED controllers?

    App requirements depend on the model. For controllers like the SP668E or SP611E, apps such as 'BanlanX' or 'LEDHue' are typically used. Wi-Fi controllers in the C-series generally use the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app.

  • How do I calibrate colors if the app colors don't match the Xnbada LED output?

    Due to LED variations, color calibration might be needed. Open the app control interface, select color correction, and follow the on-screen RGB prompts to match the app's color output with the actual physical lights.
