• How do I quiet a noisy Tetra Whisper filter?

  Noise is often caused by a low water level allowing the impeller to rattle or draw air. Ensure your tank water level is near the top. Also, dismantle the impeller assembly to clean out any debris or sand that may be obstructing rotation.

• Where can I find the expiration date on Tetra fish food?

  The expiration date is typically stamped on the bottom of the can or canister. It is recommended to use the food within the dating period to ensure nutritional value for your fish.

• My Tetra air pump is running but no air is coming out. What should I do?

  Check for kinks in the airline tubing or a clogged air stone. Over time, air stones can become blocked by debris or algae. If the pump diaphragm is worn, repair kits are available for many Tetra Whisper models.
