PushCorp products carry a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. It covers defects in material and workmanship but is voided by neglect, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow manual instructions (like using unlubricated air where strictly prohibited).
Standard PushCorp Active Force Devices require a dry, non-lubricated 80 to 90 psi (5.5 - 6.2 bar) maximum air supply filtered to 5 µm, alongside a 0.3 micron oil mist separator. Using lubricated air on these models will void the warranty.

Unlike some AFD tools, the RPS100 pneumatic sander requires an auto lubrication rate of 1.8 drips/min or manual lubrication of 5-6 drops per 8-hour shift to maximize motor lifespan. Recommended lubricants include 3M Air Tool Lubricant PN 20451 or Mobil ALMO 525.
