Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and pair with each other. Then, activate Bluetooth on your phone, search for your earbud model (e.g., 'K23'), and select it to connect.
On some Android devices, the earbud volume and phone volume are not synchronized. Try increasing the volume directly on both the earbuds (double-click the Right earbud to increase) and on your phone's volume controls.
Turn off Bluetooth on your device. Take both earbuds out of the case and turn them off. Long-press the button on each earbud for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes quickly and turns off. Place them back in the case, then take them out to repeat the pairing process.
