Make sure your device is turned off. Pull open the back cover from the designated groove, locate the SIM card slot, and insert the SIM card with its gold contacts and cut-off corner matching the diagram. Slide it completely into the slot before replacing the cover.
The ORION A1 comes with a 5000 mAh Li-ion battery, designed to provide up to 6 hours of talk time and approximately 10 days of standby time.
Connect the included power cable to the rear power input and plug the 12V adapter into your vehicle's power outlet. Connect the speaker microphone to the front RJ45 port and attach an appropriate antenna to the rear antenna connector.
You can adjust the power output by accessing the radio's menu, selecting the power level setting, and switching between 'High' (approx. 23W) and 'Low' (approx. 7W) depending on your communication needs.
Go to Settings, select 'More', then 'Tethering & portable hotspot'. Open 'Wi-Fi hotspot', choose 'Set up Wi-Fi hotspot', and create a network name and password so other devices can connect to your data network.
