Short press the match key on the controller, then immediately press the on/off key or zone key on the remote. The LED indicator will flash quickly to indicate that the pairing was successful.
Press and hold the Match/Set key for 8-16 seconds until the purple LED indicator flashes to clear the previous network connection. Alternatively, you can power the controller off and on 5 consecutive times to enter Smart Config mode.
The remote battery may be dead, the controller might be out of range (more than 30m), or it may have lost its pairing connection. Try replacing the battery, moving closer, or re-matching the remote to the receiver.
