Turn on your device, open the FondCircle app, go to Device > Add Device (or the '+' icon), and select your product. Make sure Bluetooth is authorized and Location is enabled on your phone.
This usually happens if you haven't created a user profile in the app, are weighing yourself with socks on, or have not established the Bluetooth connection. Ensure you stand on the scale barefoot and the app is paired prior to weighing.
Open the FondCircle app, go to the 'Me' page, select 'General Settings', and then choose 'Units'. Alternatively, some scales have a 'Unit' button on the underside.
Flashing or blurred numbers indicates low battery power. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment and replace the CR2032 battery with a new one.
