Open the Capture ADV app, tap 'Add Device', and select 'P2P device'. Scan the QR code found in your device's interface under Network > P2P. Enter the device name, client port (default is 30001), username, and password, then tap Save.
Check that 'Enable P2P' is turned on in your device's settings under Menu > Network > P2P. Verify that the NVR/DVR is properly connected to a live internet connection.
The default Client Port (or Control Port) used to pair your NVR or DVR with the Capture ADV app is 30001.
Connect your video source (like a game console) to the HDMI IN on the capture card, connect an HDMI out to your monitor, and plug the USB 3.0 out into your PC. In OBS Studio, add a new 'Video Capture Device' source and select your capture hardware from the list.
