Cushions should be cleaned daily or after each use. The headgear, frame, and elbow should be cleaned weekly using warm water and a mild liquid detergent. Air dry components out of direct sunlight.
Ensure the template is properly printed to scale (without printer scaling). Cut it out along the dotted lines and refer to the provided diagrams alongside your face to determine the most appropriate cushion size.
With the CPAP device turned on, adjust the position of the cushion for a comfortable seal around or under your nose. Slowly tighten or loosen the headgear straps to stop leaks, but do not overtighten, as this could lead to skin redness or sores.
