Boardcon menjamin produk ini bebas daripada kecacatan pada bahan dan mutu kerja untuk tempoh setahun dari tarikh pembelian. Dalam tempoh jaminan ini Boardcon akan membaiki atau menggantikan unit yang rosak mengikut proses berikut:
- Salinan invois asal mesti disertakan semasa memulangkan unit yang rosak kepada Boardcon. Waranti terhad ini tidak melindungi kerosakan akibat pencahayaan atau lonjakan kuasa lain, penyalahgunaan, penyalahgunaan, keadaan operasi yang tidak normal, atau percubaan untuk mengubah atau mengubah suai fungsi produk.
- Waranti ini terhad kepada pembaikan atau penggantian unit yang rosak.
