SISESOL Metal Storage Cabinet with Lock and Glass Doors

1. Maklumat Keselamatan Penting

• Always assemble the cabinet with at least two people due to its size and weight.
• Ensure the cabinet is placed on a level surface. Use the adjustable feet to stabilize if necessary.
• For added safety, especially in homes with children or in earthquake-prone areas, secure the cabinet to a wall using appropriate anti-tipping hardware (not included).
• Do not overload shelves. Refer to specifications for weight limits per shelf.

3. Arahan Perhimpunan

Follow these general steps for assembly. Detailed, numbered instructions are provided in the separate printed manual included with your product. An installation video is also available on the product details page for visual guidance.

1. Buka bungkus dan Kenalpasti Bahagian: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out and identify each part using the provided parts list.
2. Pasang Pangkalan: Connect the bottom panel and side panels to form the cabinet's base structure.
3. Lampirkan Panel Belakang: Secure the back panels to the assembled frame.
4. Pasang Panel Atas: Fasten the top panel to complete the main cabinet frame.
5. Masukkan Klip Rak: Place the adjustable shelf clips into the desired slots along the cabinet's interior sides.
6. Pasang Rak: Carefully place the 5 adjustable shelves onto the installed clips.
7. Pasang Pintu: Mount the glass doors to the cabinet frame, ensuring proper alignment for smooth operation.
8. Install Handles and Lock: Attach the handles and ensure the pre-installed 3-point locking system is functional.
9. Laraskan Penyamaratakan: Use the adjustable feet at the bottom of the cabinet to level it on uneven surfaces.

5. Arahan Operasi

• Membuka/Menutup Pintu: Use the integrated handles to open and close the cabinet doors. The strong magnets will help keep them securely shut.
• Menggunakan Kunci: Insert one of the provided keys into the lock cylinder located on the right door. Turn the key to engage or disengage the 3-point locking mechanism. Remove the key after locking to secure contents.
• Melaraskan Rak: To adjust shelf height, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf slightly and remove the four shelf clips. Reinsert the clips into the desired slots at the new height, ensuring they are level, then replace the shelf.

6. Penyelenggaraan

• Pembersihan: Lap permukaan logam dengan kain lembut,amp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. For glass doors, use a standard glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
• Pemeriksaan Berkala: Periksa semua skru dan sambungan secara berkala untuk memastikan ia kekal ketat. Ketatkan semula jika perlu.
• Pelinciran: Jika mekanisme kunci menjadi kaku, sapukan sedikit pelincir grafit pada lubang kunci.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

• Kabinet goyah: Adjust the levelers at the bottom of the cabinet by turning them clockwise or counter-clockwise until the cabinet is stable.
• Pintu Tidak Tertutup dengan Baik: Check for any obstructions. Ensure the cabinet is level using the adjustable feet. Verify that the magnetic latches are aligned and functioning.
• Lock is Stiff: Apply a small amount of graphite lubricant to the keyhole and work the key in and out several times.
