4. Panduan Pemasangan

Pemasangan Langkah demi Langkah:

1. Remove Air Conditioning Vent Cover: Carefully remove the decorative cover of the air conditioning vent using a prying tool.
2. Putuskan Sambungan Pendawaian: Disconnect the wiring harness located at the back of the air conditioning vent.
3. Tanggalkan Penutup Bawah: Remove the bottom cover below the air conditioning controls to expose the fixing screws.

5. Remove Air Conditioning Control Panel: Gently pull out the air conditioning control panel and disconnect its wiring harness from the back.
6. Unscrew Main Unit Screws: Unscrew the fixing screws on both sides of the main unit (radio/CD player).
7. Remove Main Unit: Pull out the main unit and disconnect its power cord from the back. Identify and disconnect the fiber optic audio cable if present.
8. Unscrew Display Screen Screws: Unscrew the fixing screws for the original display screen.
9. Remove Display Screen: Pull the original display screen upwards and disconnect its wiring harness.
10. Prepare New Unit and Cables: Take out the new AINAVITO unit and the provided cables.
11. Install Main Power Cable: Connect the main power cable. Thread the power cable upwards from the main unit compartment to the top layer. Leave other connecting cables in the middle layer.
12. Connect Rear-View Kamera (Pilihan): If your car has a rear-view camera, connect its line to the wiring harness. Ensure the 'Rear-Camera-PWR' line is tapped and wrapped securely to prevent short circuits.
13. Sambungkan Kabel USB: Connect the USB cable. It is recommended to thread it from the passenger side to the air conditioning panel compartment, and then upwards to the top layer.
14. Connect Power Adapter Cable: Take out the power adapter cable and connect it to the original power cable. Connect the original car's fiber optic audio cable to the other end of the power cable, then connect them together to the original car's main unit.
15. Reinstall Original Main Unit: Push the original car's main unit back into its compartment.
16. Connect AUX Cable (If no sound): If your car does not produce sound when playing music, connect one end of the provided AUX cable to the AUX interface of the power cable and the other end to the AUX port of the main unit. (Note: If your car plays with sound, this cable may not be needed).
17. Connect New Display Unit Cables: Insert the LVDS cable, USB cable, and power cable into the corresponding ports on the new AINAVITO display unit.
18. Install New Display Unit: Align the new unit with the holes on the dashboard and insert it to secure it.
19. Kefungsian Ujian: Start the car and test if all functions are working properly. Check the original car's iDrive knob for normal operation.
20. Adjust Screen Resolution (If needed): If the screen displays incorrectly, access the resolution options by clicking the small arrow on the right side of the screen. Select an appropriate resolution (e.g., 800*480*full) to correct the display.
21. Tukar Output Audio: Switch the audio output to AUX. Insert a USB flash drive to test if the USB is working.
22. Reinstall Air Conditioning Control Panel: Fasten the four fixing screws for the air conditioning control panel. Reinstall the bottom cover.
23. Reconnect Hazard Warning Light and Sensor: Find the hazard warning light wiring harness and the air conditioning sensor line. Connect these two plugs.
24. Reinstall Air Conditioning Vent Cover: After organizing the rear wiring, put the vent face frame back on. Press the hazard warning light button back in place.

• Original Controls Not Working: Ensure all wiring harnesses, especially those for the air conditioning control panel and main unit, are securely connected. Double-check the fiber optic audio cable connection.
