1. Pengenalan

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, setup, operation, and maintenance of your Naifay Android Car Radio. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and safety. This unit is specifically designed for Toyota Prius models from 2004 to 2009 that do not have a JBL sound system or a large factory screen.

4. Panduan Pemasangan

This section outlines the steps to install your new Naifay Android Car Radio. It is recommended to watch the provided installation video for visual guidance.

4.1. Removing the Old Unit

1. Carefully pry off the top trim piece of the dashboard.
2. Before proceeding, ensure all CDs are ejected from the old head unit.
3. Pry off the bottom trim piece. Locate and remove any exposed screws on the driver's side.
4. Remove the top screen unit by pulling it out and disconnecting its wiring.
5. Unscrew the remaining bolts holding the main head unit in place.
6. Carefully pull out the old head unit and disconnect all cables, including the antenna.

4.2. Wiring the New Unit

Connect the provided wiring harness to the new Naifay Android Car Radio. Ensure all connections are secure.

• Connect the main power harness to the corresponding port on the new unit.
• Connect the CANBUS box if your vehicle requires it for steering wheel controls or other features.
• Connect the GPS antenna and 4G antenna (if applicable) to their respective ports. Position the antennas in a location with good signal reception, typically taped to a flat surface behind the dashboard.

4.3. Installing the New Unit

1. Transfer the yellow/green plastic clips from the old radio's side brackets to the new unit's side brackets. These clips are essential for proper fitment.

3. Secure the unit with the screws previously removed.
4. Re-install the top screen unit and the bottom trim piece, ensuring they clip securely into place.

5.1. Power On Test

1. Turn on the vehicle's ignition. The screen should power on and display the Android boot animation.

5.2. Steering Wheel Control Programming

To enable your vehicle's steering wheel controls, you need to program them through the unit's settings.

1. Navigate to the 'Settings' menu on the car radio.
2. Look for 'General' or 'Device' settings and select 'Steering wheel study'.
3. On the screen, select the function you wish to program (e.g., Volume Up).
4. While holding down the corresponding button on your steering wheel, press the selected function on the car radio screen. Repeat for all desired buttons (Volume Down, Mode/Home, Next Track, Previous Track, etc.).

5.3. Bluetooth Pairing / CarPlay / Android Auto

The unit supports wireless CarPlay and Android Auto via Bluetooth and WiFi.

2. You can select from various preset sound modes (e.g., Rock, Soft, Popular) or customize individual frequency bands.
3. Adjust the sound field settings to optimize audio for different seating positions (Driver mode, Co-pilot mode, etc.).

6.2. Navigasi GPS

7. Penyelenggaraan

• Pastikan skrin bersih menggunakan kain lembut dan tidak berbulu. Elakkan pembersih yang kasar.
• Semak kemas kini perisian secara kerap untuk memastikan prestasi optimum dan akses kepada ciri baharu.
• Elakkan daripada mendedahkan unit kepada suhu yang melampau atau cahaya matahari langsung untuk tempoh yang lama.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

• Unit tidak dihidupkan: Check all power connections. Ensure the vehicle's battery is connected and charged.
• Tiada bunyi: Verify speaker connections and check the volume level. Ensure the DSP/Equalizer settings are configured correctly.
• Kawalan stereng tidak berfungsi: Re-program the steering wheel buttons as described in Section 5.2. Ensure the CANBUS box (if applicable) is correctly connected.
• GPS signal weak/lost: Ensure the GPS antenna is placed in an unobstructed location.
• CarPlay/Android Auto tidak bersambung: Ensure Bluetooth and WiFi are enabled on both the phone and the unit. Re-pair the devices if necessary.
• Unit freezing/lagging: The unit has 2GB RAM. It is recommended to limit the number of simultaneously running applications to prevent performance issues.
