5. Arahan Operasi

7. Penyelenggaraan

- Black bars on screen: This is not a malfunction. The monitor has a 3:2 aspect ratio. When displaying content with a different aspect ratio, the screen automatically adjusts to maintain correct proportions, resulting in black bars.
- "No Signal" or "POWER SAVING" message:
- For HDMI connection: Ensure a separate power source is connected to the monitor via USB-C, as HDMI does not provide power.
- For USB-C connection: Confirm your device's USB-C port supports video output (DisplayPort Alt Mode). Use the included data transfer-compatible USB-C to USB-C cable. Do not use a power-only cable.
- General steps: On your PC, press Fn + display switch key. On the monitor, try switching the input source via the OSD menu.
