Persediaan

Operasi
Timbangan Asas
- Hidupkan: Press the power button to turn on the scale. The display will show "0" or "0.0".
- Pilih Unit: Press the "UNIT" button to cycle through available units: grams (g), milliliters for water (ml water), milliliters for milk (ml milk), ounces (oz), and pounds:ounces (lb:oz).
- Weigh Item: Place the item directly onto the center of the scale platform. The weight will be displayed. The scale has a maximum capacity of 5 kg and a precision of 1 g. For best accuracy, items should weigh at least 3-5 g.
- Matikan: Press and hold the power button to turn off the scale, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.
Fungsi Tare
The tare function allows you to weigh items in a container by subtracting the container's weight.
- Place an empty container on the scale. The display will show the container's weight.
- Press the "TARE" button (often labeled "T/0" or similar). The display will reset to "0".
- Add the ingredients to the container. The display will show only the weight of the ingredients.

Connect your scale to the VeSync app via Bluetooth to unlock advanced nutritional analysis features.
- The scale's display shows 12 nutritional data points (e.g., carbohydrates, proteins, fats).
- The VeSync app can track and analyze up to 19 nutrients for your food items.
- Use the app to create a personal food diary, set nutritional goals, and monitor your daily, weekly, and monthly intake.
- The app allows you to scan food items and log them directly.
- VeSync can synchronize data with other health applications like Apple Health and Fitbit.
