- Prepare the Inner Tube: Slightly inflate the TPU inner tube (less than 3 PSI) to give it shape. This helps prevent pinching during installation. WARNING: Do not inflate the empty inner tube more than 5 PSI, as this can cause irreversible damage.
- Semak Kebocoran: Immerse the slightly inflated inner tube in water to check for any air leaks. If bubbles appear, indicating a leak, do not proceed with installation and contact support.
- Insert Valve: Locate the air nozzle hole on the wheel hub. Insert the Presta valve of the TPU inner tube through this hole.

- Install Outer Tire: Begin installing one bead of the outer tire onto the wheel hub. Then, carefully work the second bead onto the rim. This step requires patience to avoid pinching the inner tube. Tire levers can be used, but exercise extreme caution to prevent damaging the TPU tube.
