3. Persediaan
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your CUKTECH Magnetic Power Bank WPB100L.
3.1 Mengecas Power Bank
- Connect the built-in USB-C cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB-C port on a computer.
- Alternatively, use an external USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the power bank's USB-C port to a power adapter.
- The indicator lights on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging status. A solid green light indicates a full charge.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Peranti Pengecasan Tanpa Wayar (Magnetik)
This feature is designed for iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 series. For optimal magnetic attachment and charging, use bare phones or phones with magnetic-compatible cases.
- Align the back of your compatible iPhone with the magnetic charging area on the power bank.
- The power bank will magnetically snap into place and begin wireless charging automatically.
- The wireless charging indicator light on the power bank will activate.
Note: The magnetic feature is not compatible with Android devices. Android devices supporting wireless charging can still be charged wirelessly, but without magnetic alignment.

The power bank offers both a built-in USB-C cable and an additional USB-C port for wired charging.

6. Penyelenggaraan

- If storing for an extended period, charge the power bank to approximately 50% every three months to maintain battery health.
7. Penyelesaian masalah
- Bank kuasa tidak dicas:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the power adapter. Verify the power adapter is functional.
- Peranti tidak mengecas secara wayarles:
- Confirm your device supports wireless charging and is properly aligned with the power bank's magnetic area. Remove any thick cases that may interfere with wireless charging. Remember, the magnetic alignment feature is primarily for iPhone 12-16 series.
- Device not charging via cable:
- Check if the cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different cable or port to rule out a faulty connection.
- Power bank feels warm:
- A slight warmth during operation is normal. If the power bank becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact customer support.
