3. Important Reminders & Safety
- Keperluan Permukaan: The holder works best on smooth surfaces such as windshields, center screens, and glossy dashboards. For smooth but textured surfaces, use the included adhesive pad for enhanced suction.
- Avoid Curved Surfaces: This product is not suitable for curved, uneven, or irregular leather surfaces.
- Phone Case Thickness: For optimal wireless charging and magnetic hold, ensure your phone case thickness is less than 4mm. Metal cases and wallet cases are not compatible.
- Gangguan Magnetik: The holder is designed to avoid interference with cell phone signals.

4. Arahan Persediaan
4.1 Penyediaan Permukaan
- Clean the desired mounting surface thoroughly using the provided cleaning kit (wet wipe followed by dry wipe). Ensure the surface is free of dust, grease, and moisture.
- For textured dashboards, peel off the protective film from the adhesive pad and firmly press it onto the cleaned surface. Allow it to set for at least 6 hours before attaching the phone holder.
4.2 Attaching the Phone Holder
- Place the suction cup of the phone holder onto the prepared smooth surface (or the adhesive pad).
- While pressing down firmly on the holder, rotate the locking ring clockwise until it is tight. This activates the vacuum adsorption for a secure hold.

4.3 Menyambungkan Kabel Pengecasan
Plug the provided USB A to Type-C cable into the Type-C port on the side of the magnetic charging pad and connect the other end to a suitable USB power source in your vehicle.
4.4 Using the Metal Ring (for non-MagSafe phones)
If your phone or phone case is not MagSafe-compatible, use the included metal ring:
- Clean the back of your phone case.
- Peel off the protective film from the metal ring.
- Carefully align the metal ring to the center of your phone case (ensure it does not obstruct the camera or other features) and press firmly.
- Allow the adhesive on the metal ring to cure for at least 6 hours before attaching it to the phone holder.
