The Petalk AI II is an advanced pet camera designed for monitoring and interacting with your pets remotely. It features a 1080p HD camera, two-way audio, night vision, and an automatic treat dispenser.

4. Panduan Persediaan
4.1. Pemasangan Apl
Download the "Skymee" app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). Cari untuk "Skymee" and install the application.
4.2. Sambungan Peranti
- Place the Petalk AI II on a stable, flat surface indoors.
- Sambungkan kabel USB ke peranti dan penyesuai kuasa.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The device will power on automatically.
4.3. Konfigurasi Wi-Fi
The Petalk AI II supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. 5GHz networks are not supported. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your device to your home Wi-Fi network.
- Open the Skymee app and create an account or log in.
- Tap the "Add Device" icon and select the Petalk AI II.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network name and password.
- The app will guide you through the pairing process. Ensure your device is close to your Wi-Fi router during initial setup.

5. Arahan Operasi
5.1. Hidup View dan Kawalan Kamera
Access the live video feed of your pet through the Skymee app. The camera features:
- Resolusi HD 1080p: Provides clear video quality.
- 180° Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ): Remotely adjust the camera angle to view a wider area of your room. Use the directional controls in the app to pan and tilt.
- Zum Digital 4x: Pinch to zoom on the live feed for closer inspection.
- Penglihatan Malam: The camera automatically switches to infrared night vision in low-light conditions, allowing for clear monitoring 24/7.

5.2. Audio Dua Hala
Engage with your pet using the built-in microphone and speaker. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak, and listen to your pet's responses through the app's speaker.

5.3. Treat Dispensing
The device features dual treat trays, suitable for snacks between 11mm and 17mm. Dispense treats remotely via the app to reward your pet or initiate playtime.

5.4. Pengesanan Pergerakan dan Makluman
The Petalk AI II is equipped with AI motion detection. When motion is detected, you will receive instant notifications on your smartphone, allowing you to check in on your pet immediately.

5.5. Akses dan Perkongsian Berbilang Pengguna
Sehingga 8 pengguna boleh view the live feed simultaneously per account. The Skymee app also supports sharing photos and videos to social media platforms directly from the app.

5.6. Rakaman Foto dan Video
Capture memorable moments with your pet using the one-click photo and video recording feature within the app. These can be saved to your device or shared.

6. Penyelenggaraan
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Petalk AI II.
- Pembersihan: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the device. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Kanta Kamera: Gently clean the camera lens with a microfiber cloth to avoid smudges that could affect image clarity.
- Treat Dispenser: Periodically check and clean the treat dispensing mechanism to prevent blockages, especially if using oily or crumbly treats.
- Storan: Apabila tidak digunakan untuk tempoh yang lama, simpan peranti di tempat yang sejuk dan kering.
7. Penyelesaian masalah
If you encounter issues with your Petalk AI II, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
