1. Pengenalan

This manual provides detailed instructions for the CINMOORE 4G LTE Cellular Security Camera, Model CM-PT2U. This outdoor surveillance camera operates on a 4G LTE cellular network, eliminating the need for Wi-Fi. It features 2.5K resolution, solar power, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) functionality with AI tracking, and full-color night vision. Designed for robust outdoor use, it includes an 18,000mAh battery and an 8W solar panel for continuous operation, even in extreme cold conditions down to -22°F. The camera supports AOR (Always-on-Record) 24/7 recording to an included 64GB SD card, with optional cloud storage available.

3. Panduan Persediaan

3.1 Persediaan Awal

1. Cas Kamera: Before first use, fully charge the camera using the provided Type C power cable.
2. Masukkan Kad SIM: Locate the SIM card slot on the camera. Use the ejector pin to open the tray and insert the provided 3-in-1 virtual SIM card. Ensure it is correctly seated.
3. Masukkan Kad SD: The camera comes with a pre-installed 64GB SD card for local storage. Ensure it is properly inserted.

3.2 Memasang Kamera dan Panel Suria

The camera and solar panel can be mounted on a wall, ceiling, or pole. Choose a location that provides optimal sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a clear view untuk kamera.

1. Pasang Pendakap Pelekap: Secure the camera's mounting bracket to your chosen surface using the provided screws.
2. Pasang Panel Suria: Mount the 8W solar panel in a location that receives direct sunlight for most of the day. Connect the solar panel cable to the camera's charging port.
3. Laraskan Sudut: Adjust the camera and solar panel angles to optimize surveillance coverage and solar charging efficiency.

3.3 Pemasangan dan Sambungan Apl

1. Muat turun Apl: Cari untuk the "CINMOORE" app in your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Buat Akaun: Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account.
3. Tambah Peranti: In the app, select "Add Device" and follow the prompts to scan the QR code on your camera or manually enter its details.
4. Sambungan Rangkaian: The camera will automatically connect to the 4G LTE network via the installed SIM card. Note that Wi-Fi is not supported for this model.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1 Menghidupkan/Mematikan

• Hidupkan kuasa: Press and hold the power button located on the camera until the indicator light illuminates.
• Matikan: Tekan dan tahan butang kuasa sehingga lampu penunjuk padam.

4.2 4G LTE Connectivity

The camera utilizes 4G LTE for data transmission, making it ideal for locations without Wi-Fi. The included SIM card supports AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon networks, automatically switching to the strongest signal. A cellular data plan is required for operation after the initial trial data is consumed.

4.3 AOR (Always-on-Record) 24/7 Recording

The CM-PT2U features patented AOR technology for continuous 24/7 recording at 1-5 frames per second (fps). This mode optimizes power consumption while ensuring constant surveillance with perfect audio-video synchronization and automatic resolution switching.

4.4 2.5K Full-Color Night Vision

Equipped with an F1.0 super aperture lens, the camera delivers 2.5K full-color day and night vision. This technology allows for vivid detail capture in low-light conditions, providing clearer footage of license plates and facial features compared to standard infrared night vision.

4.5 AI Tracking & Smart Patrol

The camera features 360° pan-tilt auto-tracking and 8X digital zoom. Its local AI detection can identify motion, humans, vehicles, animals, loitering, lens blockage, and sounds (e.g., barks, horns). Users can set up 6-way patrol routes, custom voice alarms, and activate strobe lights to deter intruders.

4.6 Storan Tempatan dan Awan

All recordings are saved to the included 64GB SD card, eliminating monthly storage fees. The footage on the SD card is encrypted and viewable only through the official app. Optional paid cloud storage on U.S. AWS servers is also available for additional backup.

4.7 Audio Dua Hala

The camera supports two-way audio communication, allowing you to speak through the camera and hear audio from its vicinity via the app.
