4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

4.1. Exhaust and Intake Pipe Installation

1. Attach the exhaust pipe to the designated port on the heater using the provided clamps. Ensure it is securely fastened and vents outdoors to prevent carbon monoxide buildup.
2. Connect the intake pipe to the opposite end of the heater. Secure it with clamps.
3. Attach the air filter to the end of the intake pipe.
4. Install the silencer onto the exhaust pipe, securing it with the provided clamps.
5. Attach the air outlet pipe/vent to the front heating outlet. This can be swiveled to direct airflow.

4.2. Fueling the Heater

1. Unscrew the red cap on top of the heater unit to access the fuel tank.
2. Carefully pour diesel fuel into the tank. The tank has a maximum capacity of 5 liters. Do not overfill.
3. Securely replace the red cap.

4.4. Control Panel Extension

The LCD control panel can be detached from the main unit and extended using the 1.5m (59 inch) extension cable for convenient indoor operation.

1. Carefully detach the LCD control panel from its housing on the heater unit.
2. Connect the extension cable to the control panel and the corresponding port on the heater unit.
3. Mount the control panel in a convenient indoor location.

5.1. Permulaan Awal

1. After ensuring all installation steps are complete and fuel is added, press and hold the power button on the LCD control panel for 2-3 seconds to turn on the heater.
2. The heater will initiate a purge cycle to draw fuel into the system. This may take a few minutes.
3. Once the purge cycle is complete, the heater will begin to generate warm air. Allow 3-5 minutes for the heater to fully warm up and reach optimal performance.

The HBS1S heater offers multiple ways to control its operation:

• Panel Kawalan LCD: Directly adjust temperature, fan speed, and other settings using the buttons on the panel.
• Kawalan Jauh: Use the included remote control to power the unit on/off and adjust basic settings from a distance of up to 98 feet.
• Smart App Control (Bluetooth): Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth to the HCALORY app. The app provides advanced features such as:

5.4. Auto Start-Stop and Fuel Efficiency

The intelligent temperature sensor allows the heater to automatically cycle on and off to maintain a set indoor temperature. This feature significantly improves heating efficiency and reduces fuel consumption.
