5. Persediaan

5.1. Mengecas Fon Telinga dan Sarung

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and connect the USB charging cable to the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.

5.2. Berpasangan Bluetooth

1. Pastikan fon telinga dicas.
2. Buka penutup bekas pengecasan. Fon telinga akan memasuki mod berpasangan secara automatik.
3. Pada peranti anda (telefon pintar, tablet, dll.), dayakan Bluetooth.
4. Cari untuk available devices and select "SANSUI W28" from the list.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the indicator light on the case may change.

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the correct size of silicone ear tips. Experiment with the S, M, and L sizes to find the best fit for your ears. A snug fit is crucial for effective noise cancellation.

6. Arahan Operasi

6.1. Kawalan Sentuh

The SANSUI W28 earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

• Volume + (R): Single tap on the Right earbud.
• Volume - (L): Single tap on the Left earbud.
• Pause / Play (L/R): Ketik dua kali pada salah satu fon telinga.
• Answer Calls / Hang Up (L/R): Ketik dua kali pada salah satu fon telinga.
• Previous Song (L): Ketik tiga kali pada fon telinga Kiri.
• Next Song (R): Triple tap on the Right earbud.
• Voice Assistant (L): Long press the Left earbud for 2 seconds.
• ANC ON / ANC OFF / Transparency Mode (R): Long press the Right earbud for 2 seconds to cycle through modes.
• Reject Calls (L/R): Tekan lama mana-mana fon telinga selama 2 saat.
• Power ON (L/R): Tekan lama mana-mana fon telinga selama 3 saat.
• Power OFF (L/R): Tekan lama mana-mana fon telinga selama 5 saat.

6.2. Pembatalan Bunyi Aktif (ANC) dan Mod Ketelusan

The SANSUI W28 earbuds offer three listening modes:

• Mod ANC: Reduces external noise by up to -52dB, ideal for noisy environments like subways or airplanes.
• Mod Ketelusan: Allows you to hear your surroundings clearly without removing the earbuds, useful for conversations or being aware of traffic.
• Mod Biasa: Standard audio playback without noise cancellation or transparency features.

Cycle through these modes by long-pressing the Right earbud for 2 seconds.

6.3. In-Ear Detection

The earbuds feature a smart light sensor that detects when they are in your ears. Music playback will automatically pause when an earbud is removed and resume when placed back in your ear.

7. Penyelenggaraan

7.1. Pembersihan

Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Gently wipe the ear tips and charging contacts to remove any debris.

7.2. Penyimpanan

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

7.3. Tahan Air

The SANSUI W28 earbuds are IPX4 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to splashes of water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain. They are not designed for swimming or submersion in water.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

• Fon telinga tidak berpasangan: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to initiate pairing mode. If issues persist, perform a factory reset.
• Tiada bunyi dari satu fon telinga: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, then open it again. Check if both are connected to your device.
• Kelantangan rendah atau kualiti bunyi yang lemah: Adjust the volume on your device and the earbuds. Ensure ear tips are correctly sized and seated for a proper seal. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles.
• Fon telinga tidak dicas: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check for any debris in the charging port or on the earbud contacts.
• Tetapan semula kilang: Open the charging case lid, then long-press the button under the charging case for 5 seconds. When the external blue indicator light on the case flashes quickly 5 times and the earbuds power off while disconnecting from Bluetooth, the reset is successful.
