1. Persediaan

Before operating your MechMaxx HPW40D Hot Water Pressure Washer, please ensure all components are present and correctly assembled. Refer to the following steps and visual aids for proper setup.

1.1 Menyahkotak dan Semakan Komponen

Carefully open the packaging and remove all parts. Verify that all components and hardware quantities are correct against the packing list. The standard accessories include the operator's manual, siphon tube, nozzle needle, various nozzles (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, and chemical), 36" spray gun & wand assembly, engine oil funnel, hose reel, and 3/8" x 50' high-pressure hose.

1.2 Perhimpunan

1. Pasang Roda: Align the wheel hub with the tire holes, then use a wrench to tighten the screws clockwise.
2. Pasang Handlebar: Secure the handlebar to the main unit using the provided bolts and nuts.
3. Install LED Work Lights: Remove the protective cover from the LED work lights. Install the LED work lights onto the designated brackets on the frame and tighten securely.
4. Install Hose Reel: Mount the 50' hose reel onto the body of the pressure washer using the provided hardware. Connect the high-pressure hose to the hose reel and wind it neatly.
5. Assemble Spray Gun & Wand: Connect the spray gun to the wand assembly. Install the bracket for the spray gun and wand onto the frame.

Proper operation ensures efficiency and longevity of your MechMaxx HPW40D pressure washer. Always read the product manual carefully and review all safety warning labels before operation.

2.1 Fueling and Oil

1. Tambah Minyak Enjin: This machine does not come with oil in the engine. Before starting, fill the engine with oil up to the indicator mark. Refer to the engine manual for details.
2. Tambah Petrol: Fill the gasoline tank at the top of the engine with standard gasoline.
3. Add Diesel Fuel: Fill the diesel fuel tank for the burner.

2.2 Sambungan Air

Connect a garden hose to the pump water inlet. Ensure the water source is open and providing adequate flow to prevent pump damage.

2.3 Menghidupkan Enjin

Choose your preferred method to start the machine:

2. Tarik Mula: Pull the recoil starter slowly until engaged, then pull briskly.

After the engine starts, turn the choke lever to the 'RUN' position and the fuel lever to 'ON'.

2.4 Pressure and Temperature Adjustment

Adjust the air pressure valve by turning it clockwise to increase the pressure. To activate hot water, turn on the hot water switch on the control panel. Adjust the thermostat to your desired water temperature (up to 200°F).

The pressure washer comes with various quick-connect nozzles for different applications:

• 0° (Merah): For intense spot cleaning.
• 15° (Kuning): For aggressive cleaning of small areas.
• 25° (Hijau): For general cleaning of larger areas.

3. Penyelenggaraan

Regular maintenance is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your pressure washer.

3.1 Post-Use Drainage

After each use, especially in winter or cold conditions, it is essential to drain the hose and pump to prevent freezing and damage. Release the spray gun trigger to relieve pressure. Empty any dirty water in the coil using the black nozzle first. Then, change to other nozzles (such as the red one) for operation to ensure all water is expelled.

4. Penyelesaian masalah

• BLACK SMOKE WARNING: Do not turn off the spray gun while the red light is on. Only turn it off when the green light is lit. Do not rapidly squeeze the wand trigger on and off. Either can cause unburned diesel to splash into the heating coil and produce DENSE BLACK SMOKE. If this occurs, stop use immediately.
• Enjin Tidak Bermula: Ensure there is sufficient gasoline and engine oil. Check battery connections for electric start. Verify choke and fuel levers are in the correct positions.
• No Water Pressure: Check water supply connection and ensure the water source is fully open. Inspect hoses for kinks or blockages. Ensure nozzles are clear of debris.
• Tiada Air Panas: Verify the diesel fuel tank is full. Check that the hot water switch is engaged and the burner is igniting.
