2. Initial Power-On and DCF Synchronization

After inserting batteries, the main unit will power on. It will automatically attempt to receive the DCF radio signal for time synchronization. During this initial 10-minute period, it is recommended not to operate the main unit to allow for successful signal reception.

• Display Not Visible/Dim: Check if the power adapter is connected for continuous backlight. If running on batteries, the display will turn off after 15 seconds. Replace batteries if the low battery indicator is on.
