5. Persediaan

5.1 Pemasangan Bateri

1. Pastikan radio dimatikan.
2. Jajarkan pek bateri dengan alur di bahagian belakang radio.
3. Luncurkan pek bateri ke atas sehingga ia berbunyi klik di tempatnya.

5.2 Mengecas Bateri

1. Connect the AC power adapter to the charger cradle.
2. Palamkan penyesuai kuasa AC ke soket dinding standard.
3. Place the radio (with battery installed) into the charger cradle. Ensure the charging contacts align.
4. The charging indicator light on the cradle will illuminate (typically red for charging, green for fully charged).
5. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours. Do not overcharge the battery.

5.3 Memasang Antena

Skrukan antena mengikut arah jam ke dalam penyambung di bahagian atas radio sehingga ia rapat dengan jari. Jangan terlalu ketat.

Attach the belt clip to the designated screws on the back of the radio. The hand strap can be looped through the eyelet on the side or top of the radio for secure carrying.

6.1 Kuasa Hidup/Mati dan Kawalan Kelantangan

Rotate the power/volume knob (typically the left knob on top) clockwise to turn the radio on. Continue rotating clockwise to increase the volume. Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease volume and turn the radio off.

6.2 Pemilihan Saluran

Rotate the channel selector knob (typically the right knob on top) to select the desired communication channel. The selected channel number will be displayed on the screen. The LP-66 supports up to 400 channels.

6.3 Menghantar dan Menerima

• Menerima: When the radio is on and tuned to an active channel, it will automatically receive incoming transmissions. The speaker will output the audio.
• Menghantar: To transmit, press and hold the Push-To-Talk (PTT) button, usually located on the side of the radio. Speak clearly into the microphone, holding the radio approximately 2-5 cm from your mouth. Release the PTT button to stop transmitting and return to receive mode.

6.4 Keypad Functions (if applicable)

The LP-66 features a basic keypad for additional functions. Refer to the on-screen prompts or specific programming instructions for advanced features such as frequency input, scanning, or squelch level adjustment.
