2. Maklumat Keselamatan
WARNING: This product is a Class 2 laser device with an output power of 0.874 mW. Direct exposure to the laser beam can cause severe eye injury or skin damage. Always wear appropriate laser safety glasses when operating the machine.

4. Persediaan
4.1 Membongkar dan Meletakkan
- Keluarkan semua komponen dari pembungkusan dengan berhati-hati.
- Place the engraver on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure sufficient space around the machine for operation and maintenance.
4.2 Sambungan Kuasa

- Ensure the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before connecting.
4.3 Pemasangan Perisian
The OMTech 50W Fiber Laser Engraver is compatible with EZCad2 and LightBurn software. Install the preferred software on your computer using the provided installation media or by downloading from the official OMTech webtapak.

4.4 Focus Adjustment (Red Dot Pointer)
The machine is equipped with a red dot pointer for easy focus adjustment:
- Place your material on the workbed.
- Press the focus button on the machine to activate the red dot pointer.
- Adjust the height of the laser head until the two red dots converge into a single, sharp point on the material surface. This indicates optimal focus.

5. Arahan Operasi
5.1 Penyediaan Bahan
- Clean the material surface to remove any dust or debris.
- Securely place the material on the workbed to prevent movement during engraving.
5.2 Proses Ukiran
- Penciptaan/Import Reka Bentuk: Use EZCad2 or LightBurn to create your design or import an existing image file (supported formats: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, dxf, dst, ai).
- Tetapan Parameter: Adjust laser power, speed, frequency, and other settings based on the material type and desired engraving effect. Refer to software documentation for detailed parameter guidance.
- Praview: Utilize the software's preview function to ensure the design is correctly positioned on the material.
- Mula Mengukir: Initiate the engraving process from the software. Monitor the machine closely during operation.
5.3 Bahan yang Disokong
The OMTech 50W Fiber Laser Engraver is suitable for marking a wide range of materials, including but not limited to:
- logam: Gold, Silver, Brass, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Tungsten, Cast Aluminum.
- Non-Metals: Certain plastics, leather, paper, wood, brick, granite, marble, tile, glass (with specific preparation).

5.4 Rotary Axis Compatibility
The engraver supports rotary axis attachments for engraving on cylindrical surfaces like bottles, rings, and tubes. Refer to the rotary axis manual for specific setup and operation instructions.

6. Penyelenggaraan
- Pembersihan tetap: Keep the work area and the machine's exterior clean. Use a soft, dry cloth.
- Pembersihan Kanta: Periodically inspect and clean the laser lens using specialized lens cleaning solutions and wipes to maintain optimal laser performance.
- Gril Pengudaraan: Ensure ventilation grilles are free from dust and obstructions to prevent overheating.
- Pemeriksaan Kabel: Regularly check all cables for signs of wear or damage.
