Persediaan

1. Membongkar: Keluarkan semua bahan pembungkus dengan berhati-hati dan pastikan semua komponen ada.
2. penempatan: Place the machine on a dry, stable, and level surface, away from heat sources and water. Ensure adequate ventilation.
3. Pembersihan Awal: Before first use, wash the water reservoir, portafilter, filter baskets, and drip tray with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
4. Isi takungan air: Remove the water reservoir from the back of the machine and fill it with fresh, cold water up to the MAX line. Replace the reservoir securely.
5. Kitaran Penggunaan Pertama (Priming):

   • Press the ON/OFF button. The indicator lights will flash as the machine heats up.
   • Once the lights stop flashing and remain steady, the machine is ready.
   • Place a cup under the portafilter outlet.
   • Press the single cup button to run water through the system without coffee. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
   • Turn the steam knob to release steam for 10-15 seconds to prime the steam wand. Turn it off.
   This process cleans the internal components and prepares the machine for use.

Arahan Operasi

Membuat Espresso dengan Kopi Kisar

1. Pastikan takungan air diisi dengan air segar dan sejuk.
2. Masukkan bakul penapis yang diingini (single atau double shot) ke dalam portafilter.
3. Add finely ground espresso coffee to the filter basket. Use the measuring scoop to add the correct amount (approx. 7g for single, 14g for double).
4. Gunakan tamper to gently press the coffee grounds evenly. Do not over-tamp.
5. Pasangkan portafilter pada kepala pembuatan bir dengan menyelaraskannya dan pusingkan dengan kuat ke kanan sehingga kukuh.
6. Place one or two pre-warmed cups on the drip tray under the portafilter spouts.
7. Press the single cup or double cup button. The machine will begin brewing.
8. Press the button again to stop the brewing process once the desired volume is reached.
9. Carefully remove the portafilter after brewing. Dispose of the used coffee grounds.

Using Coffee Capsules

1. Pastikan takungan air diisi.
2. Insert the capsule filter basket into the portafilter.
3. Place a coffee capsule into the capsule filter basket.
4. Attach the portafilter to the brewing head and secure it.
5. Place a pre-warmed cup under the portafilter spout.
6. Press the single cup button to start brewing.
7. Press the button again to stop brewing when the desired volume is reached.
8. Carefully remove the portafilter and dispose of the used capsule.

Using the Steam Wand for Milk Frothing

2. Press the steam button on the control panel. The indicator light will flash as the machine heats up for steaming.
3. Once the light stops flashing and remains steady, the machine is ready for steaming.
4. Position the steam wand just below the surface of the milk in the pitcher.
5. Slowly turn the steam knob to release steam. Move the pitcher up and down to create froth.
6. Once the milk has reached the desired temperature and froth consistency, turn the steam knob off.
7. Segera lap tongkat wap dengan iklanamp kain untuk mengelakkan sisa susu daripada kering.

Penyelenggaraan dan Pembersihan

Pembersihan Harian

• Penapis Portabel dan Bakul Penapis: After each use, remove the portafilter, discard coffee grounds/capsule, and rinse thoroughly under hot water.
• Dulang Drip: Empty and clean the drip tray and grid daily. These parts are dishwasher-safe.
• Takungan Air: Empty any remaining water and rinse the reservoir daily. Refill with fresh water for the next use.
• Tongkat Stim: Sejurus selepas susu berbuih, lap tongkat wap dengan iklanamp cloth. Run a short burst of steam to clear any internal milk residue.
• Luaran: Lap bahagian luar mesin dengan lembut, damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang melelas.

Penyahkelasan

Regular descaling is essential to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your machine. The frequency depends on water hardness and usage, typically every 2-3 months.

1. Prepare a descaling solution according to the descaler manufacturer's instructions. Use a descaler specifically designed for coffee machines.
2. Isikan takungan air dengan larutan penyahkerak.

5. Run approximately half of the descaling solution through the portafilter by pressing the double cup button.
6. Turn the steam knob to release the remaining descaling solution through the steam wand.

8. Empty the container and rinse the water reservoir thoroughly.

10. Run several full reservoirs of fresh water through both the portafilter and steam wand to rinse out any descaling solution residue.
