Ensure your computer meets the following minimum system requirements:

1. Place the VIISAN S21 scanner on a stable, flat surface.

• Flattening Curve Technology: Automatically corrects curved pages, removes finger images, cleans backgrounds, repairs damaged edges, and splits scanned images into two pages if needed.

• Page-Turning Detection: For books, the scanner can automatically initiate scans when a page is turned, allowing for seamless and continuous scanning without disassembling the book.

• Powerful OCR Recognition: The built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function converts scanned images into searchable PDFs and editable Word, Excel, and text formats. It supports over 130 languages.

• Remote Collaboration Ready: The S21 is UVC/UAC compliant, enabling seamless content projection using third-party video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype). It functions as both a document camera for remote teaching/learning and a scanner for digitizing papers.
• Scan Multiple Images Simultaneously: The software allows scanning several documents at once, automatically cropping them, correcting alignment, and saving them as separate files.

3. Built-in 3-Level LED Light Control

The scanner features a built-in high-brightness LED lamp with three adjustable levels. This provides optimal lighting for scanning and reading, especially in low-light conditions. Adjust the brightness using the touch control on the scanner arm.

Nota: Using the built-in LEDs in bright environments or with highly reflective papers is not recommended as it may cause glare.
