2. Langkah-langkah Keselamatan
Always prioritize safety when operating welding and cutting equipment. Failure to follow these guidelines can result in serious injury or death.

3. Persediaan dan Sambungan
Before operating the HBMC270, ensure all connections are secure and correct for the desired welding or cutting process.
- Sambungan Kuasa: Connect the machine to a stable 220V power supply. Ensure the power outlet is rated for the machine's current draw.
- Tanah Clamp: Pasang tanah tanahamp cable to the appropriate terminal on the machine (usually marked "-" or "EARTH"). Securely attach the clamp to the workpiece or a clean, bare metal part of the welding table.
- Sambungan Obor MIG: For MIG welding, connect the MIG torch to the designated MIG output terminal. Install the appropriate wire spool and feed the wire through the torch liner.
- TIG Torch Connection: For HF TIG welding, connect the TIG torch to the TIG output terminal. If using gas, connect the gas hose from the torch to the gas regulator on the machine.
- Plasma Cutting Torch Connection: For plasma cutting, connect the plasma torch to the CUT output terminal. Connect the air hose from the torch to the air regulator on the machine and ensure a compressed air supply is connected.

4. Arahan Operasi

4.1. Synergy Mode & LED Display
The large LED display provides clear feedback on parameters. In Synergy (SYN) mode, the machine intelligently auto-matches voltage and current based on selected electrode size, metal thickness, and welding mode, simplifying setup for beginners.
- Select SYN Mode: Press the mode button to activate synergy.

4.3. Fungsi 2T/4T
- 2T (Dua Sentuhan): Press and hold the trigger to weld, release to stop. Suitable for short welds and tacking.
- 4T (Empat Sentuhan): Press and release the trigger to start welding, press and release again to stop. Ideal for long, continuous welds, reducing operator fatigue.
