2. Clean the glass carafe and tea infuser with warm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly.
3. Lap bahagian luar tapak kuasa dengan iklanamp kain. Jangan rendam tapak di dalam air.
4. Fill the kettle with water up to the MAX WATER (1.7L) mark. Boil the water and discard it. Repeat this process twice to remove any manufacturing residues.

Assembling the Tea Infuser:

The tea infuser can be easily inserted into the lid and then placed into the carafe. Ensure it is securely seated if you intend to brew tea.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1. Air Mendidih

1. Ensure the tea infuser is removed if you are only boiling water.
2. Fill the glass carafe with the desired amount of fresh water, observing the MIN (0.5L) and MAX WATER (1.7L) markings.
3. Place the carafe securely on the power base.
4. Press the ON/OFF button. The display will show the current water temperature.
5. To boil to 100°C, simply press ON/OFF again if no specific temperature is selected. The kettle will heat the water to 100°C and automatically switch off.
6. To select a specific temperature (e.g., for coffee or other hot beverages), use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target temperature before pressing ON/OFF. The kettle will heat to the selected temperature and then enter keep-warm mode for 30 minutes.

5.2. Brewing Tea with "Easy Tea Select"

The "Easy Tea Select" function offers 5 pre-defined tea programs for optimal brewing.

1. Fill the glass carafe with fresh water, observing the MIN (0.5L) and MAX TEA (1.5L) markings.
2. Add your desired loose leaf tea to the tea infuser. Do not overfill.
3. Insert the infuser into the lid and place the lid securely on the carafe.
4. Place the carafe on the power base.
5. Tekan ke PROGRAM button repeatedly to cycle through the pre-set tea types:
   • HERBA: (e.g., 100°C, 5-10 min brewing)
   • HITAM: (e.g., 95°C, 3-5 min brewing)
   • OOLONG: (e.g., 90°C, 2-4 min brewing)
   • HIJAU: (e.g., 80°C, 1-3 min brewing)
   • PUTIH: (e.g., 70°C, 2-5 min brewing)

   Note: Specific temperatures and brewing times for each program are pre-set by the manufacturer for optimal results. Refer to the display for details.
6. Once you have selected your desired tea program, press the HIDUP/MATI button to start the brewing process. The kettle will first heat the water to the optimal temperature, then lower the infuser (if applicable, or indicate when to lower it manually) and begin the brewing timer.
7. After the brewing time is complete, the kettle will signal and automatically switch to the 30-minute keep-warm function.

5.3. Custom Tea Brewing

For personalized tea preparation, you can manually set the temperature and brewing time.

1. Follow steps 1-4 from "Brewing Tea with Easy Tea Select".
2. Instead of pressing PROGRAM, use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired water temperature.
3. Tekan ke HIDUP/MATI button. The kettle will heat the water to your selected temperature.
4. Once the target temperature is reached, you can manually start a brewing timer if desired, or simply remove the infuser when your tea has steeped to your preference. The kettle will maintain the set temperature for 30 minutes.

The appliance automatically activates a 30-minute keep-warm function after reaching the target temperature (for both water boiling and tea brewing). This ensures your beverage remains at the optimal temperature.

5.5. Activating/Deactivating Beep Sounds

The kettle emits audible beeps for various operations (e.g., button presses, cycle completion). To activate or deactivate these sounds:

3. Clean the interior of the glass carafe with a soft brush or sponge and warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
4. Lap bahagian luar cerek dan tapak kuasa dengan iklanamp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang melelas atau pad penyental.
5. Never immerse the power base or the exterior of the kettle in water.

Mengurangkan:

Depending on water hardness, limescale may build up inside the kettle. Descale regularly to maintain efficiency.

• Alternatively, you can use a solution of white vinegar and water (e.g., 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water). Fill the kettle with the solution up to the MAX WATER mark and let it stand for an hour, or boil the solution if the limescale is severe.
• After descaling, empty the kettle and rinse it several times with fresh water to remove any residue. Boil fresh water twice and discard it before using the kettle for beverages.
