1. Persediaan

Upon receiving your Timex Ironman Triathlon Adrenaline watch, follow these steps for initial setup.

1.1 Menetapkan Masa dan Tarikh

Your watch features both analog hands and a digital display. Both need to be set for accurate timekeeping.

1. Digital Time/Date: Tekan ke MODE button repeatedly until the desired setting mode (e.g., Time Set, Date Set) is displayed. 2. Arahan Operasi

2.1 Fungsi Butang

• MODE Button (Left Side): Cycles through different display modes such as Time, Date, Chronograph, Timer, and Alarm. Also used to confirm settings.
• SET/RECALL Button (Top Right): Used to adjust values during setting modes and to recall stored data (e.g., lap times).
• Butang INDIGLO (Kiri Atas): Activates the INDIGLO night-light for illumination of the digital display.
• STOP/RESET Button (Bottom Right): Used to stop and reset functions like the chronograph or timer.
• START/LAP Button (Bottom Left): Used to start functions like the chronograph or timer, and to record lap times.

2.2 Mod Paparan Digital

• Mod Pemasa: A countdown timer. Set the desired countdown duration using the SET/PANGGILAN SEMULA dan BERHENTI / RESET buttons in setting mode.
• Mod Penggera: Set up to two daily alarms. The alarm will sound at the set time.

2.3 Lampu Malam INDIGLO

Tekan ke INIGLO button (top left) to illuminate the digital display for easy viewdalam keadaan cahaya malap. Lampu akan kekal menyala selama beberapa saat.

3. Penyelenggaraan

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your watch.

3.1 Pembersihan

Lap bekas jam tangan dan tali dengan lembut, damp kain. Untuk kotoran degil, larutan sabun lembut boleh digunakan, diikuti dengan membilasnya dengan air bersih dan mengeringkannya sehingga bersih. Elakkan bahan kimia yang keras atau bahan yang melelas.

3.2 Tahan Air

Your watch is water resistant up to 100 meters (330 feet). This makes it suitable for showering, swimming, and snorkeling. However, it is not recommended for scuba diving or high-impact water sports. Do not operate buttons underwater.

3.3 Penggantian Bateri

The watch uses one Lithium Metal battery (CR2016). When the display becomes dim or functions are erratic, the battery may need replacement. It is recommended to have the battery replaced by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.

• Time is Inaccurate (Losing/Gaining Time): This could be due to a low battery or a need for recalibration. Replace the battery first. If the problem continues, professional service is recommended.
• INDIGLO Night-Light Not Working: Check the battery. If the battery is low, the night-light may be the first function to fail.
