2. Persediaan

2.1 Membuka kotak dan Pemeriksaan

Carefully open the packaging and remove the monitor and all accessories. Inspect all components for any signs of damage. If any items are damaged or missing, please contact customer support immediately.

2.3 Menyambung Monitor

3. Arahan Operasi

3.1 Hidupkan/Mati Kuasa

After connecting all cables, press the power button (usually located on the side or back of the monitor) to turn the monitor on. To turn it off, press the power button again or use your operating system's shutdown function.

3.2 Fungsi Sentuh

The monitor features a 10-point Projected Capacitive (PCAP) touch screen. Once the USB touch cable is connected to your computer, the touch functionality should be automatically recognized by most operating systems (e.g., Windows). You can use gestures such as tap, drag, pinch-to-zoom, and swipe.

4. Penyelenggaraan

4.1 Membersihkan Monitor

Untuk membersihkan skrin, lap perlahan-lahan dengan kain lembut yang tidak berbulu. Untuk tanda degil, dampen the cloth with a small amount of water or a mild, non-abrasive screen cleaner. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the screen surface.

4.2 Pelesapan Haba

The monitor is equipped with a built-in fan system to ensure active air circulation and efficient heat dissipation, especially important for high-brightness operation and industrial environments. Ensure that the ventilation openings on the back of the monitor are not obstructed to maintain optimal performance and longevity.

5. Penyelesaian masalah

• Tiada Paparan:
  • Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet.
  • Verify that the video cable (HDMI, VGA, or DVI) is properly connected to both the monitor and the computer.
  • Check the input source setting in the OSD menu to ensure it matches the connected cable.
• Tiada Respons Sentuhan:
  • Confirm the USB touch cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer.
