1. Pengenalan

The Irfora FY375 is a multifunctional digital clamp meter designed for accurate and reliable electrical measurements. It features a 5999-count LCD display and can measure AC/DC current, AC/DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, frequency, temperature, diode, and continuity. It also includes Non-Contact Voltage (NCV) detection and live wire identification for enhanced safety and convenience.

2. Maklumat Keselamatan

Please read and understand all safety information before operating this meter. Improper use can result in electric shock, injury, or damage to the meter or equipment under test.

4. Persediaan

4.1 Pemasangan Bateri

The FY375 meter requires two 1.5V AAA batteries (not included).

1. Ensure the meter is powered off and disconnect any test leads.
2. Cari penutup petak bateri di belakang meter.
3. Gunakan pemutar skru untuk membuka petak bateri.
4. Masukkan dua bateri AAA, perhatikan kekutuban yang betul (+ dan -).
5. Gantikan penutup petak bateri dan kencangkannya dengan skru.

4.2 Menghubungkan Petunjuk Ujian

Untuk pengukuran yang memerlukan petunjuk ujian (volumtage, resistance, capacitance, frequency, diode, continuity, temperature), connect them as follows:

• Masukkan wayar ujian hitam ke dalam bicu "COM" (biasa).
• Insert the red test lead into the "INPUT" jack.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1 Power On/Off and Function Selection

• To power on the meter, press the ON/OFF /SEL butang.
• To cycle through measurement functions (e.g., AC Voltage, DC Voltage, Resistance), short press the ON/OFF /SEL button. The selected function will be indicated on the LCD.
• Untuk mematikan meter, tekan lama ON/OFF /SEL button. The meter also features an auto-shutdown function after 10 minutes of inactivity.

5.2 Pengukuran Arus AC/DC (Clamp Rahang)

Gunakan clamp jaws to measure AC or DC current without breaking the circuit.

1. Power on the meter and select the AC Current (A~) or DC Current (A-) function using the ON/OFF /SEL butang.
2. Tekan picu untuk membuka clamp rahang.
3. Enclose only one conductor of the circuit within the jaws. Ensure the jaws are fully closed.
4. Baca nilai semasa pada paparan LCD.

5.3 Jldtage, Resistance, Capacitance, Frequency, Diode, Continuity (Test Leads)

For these measurements, connect the test leads as described in Section 4.2.

1. Power on the meter and select the desired function (e.g., V~ for AC Voltage, V- untuk DC Voltage, Ω for Resistance, etc.) using the ON/OFF /SEL butang.
2. Sambungkan wayar ujian ke litar atau komponen yang diuji.
3. Baca pengukuran pada paparan LCD.

5.4 NCV (Not-Contact Voltage) Ujian

Fungsi NCV mengesan vol ACtage tanpa sentuhan fizikal.

1. Tekan ke NCV/LIVE ZERO button to enter NCV mode.
2. Bring the NCV detector part of the meter close to the wire or conductor.
3. The meter will emit an audible beep and visual alarm (LED flash) if AC voltage dikesan.

5.5 Pengesanan Wayar Langsung

This function helps identify live wires.

1. Tekan ke NCV/LIVE ZERO button to cycle to Live Wire mode.
2. Use the red test lead to touch the conductor.
3. The meter will indicate if the wire is live.

5.6 Pengukuran Suhu

Use the included thermocouple for temperature measurements.

1. Connect the thermocouple to the meter's input jacks (red to INPUT, black to COM).
2. Select the temperature function (℃/℉) using the ON/OFF /SEL butang.
3. Letakkan hujung termokopel pada atau berhampiran objek yang suhunya hendak diukur.
4. Baca suhu pada paparan LCD.

5.7 Data Hold and Flashlight

• Pegangan Data: Tekan pendek H / Flashlight butang untuk membekukan bacaan semasa pada paparan. Tekan sekali lagi untuk melepaskan.
• Lampu suluh: Tekan lama H / Flashlight button to turn the built-in flashlight on or off.

6. Penyelenggaraan

6.1 Pembersihan

Lap meter dengan kain kering dan lembut. Jangan gunakan bahan pelelas atau pelarut.

6.2 Penggantian Bateri

When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace the batteries as described in Section 4.1. Remove batteries if the meter is not used for extended periods.

6.3 Penyimpanan

Store the meter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The storage environment should be 14℉~122℉ (-10℃~50℃, <70%RH).

7. Penyelesaian masalah

• Meter tidak menghidupkan: Periksa pemasangan bateri dan pastikan bateri tidak kehabisan kuasa.
• Tiada bacaan atau bacaan yang salah: Ensure test leads are properly connected, the correct function is selected, and the circuit is live (if applicable). Check for damaged test leads.
• "OL" dipaparkan: Indicates an over-range condition. The measured value exceeds the meter's maximum range for the selected function.
• Bacaan suhu yang tidak tepat: Ensure the thermocouple is correctly connected and making good contact with the object.
