4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

Follow these steps to install your ASMAX S1 headset into your helmet. There are two main installation methods for the main unit: the Metal Clamp and the 3M Glue Plate.

4.1. Choosing Installation Method

• 3M Glue Plate: Recommended if your helmet has a relatively thick edge (more than 5mm).
• Logam Clamp: Recommended if your helmet has a relatively thin edge (less than 5mm).

4.2. Main Unit Installation (Using Metal Clamp)

1. Attach the S1 main unit to the metal clamp base by sliding it into place until it clicks securely.
2. Attach the assembled unit to the left side of your helmet by sliding the clamp onto the helmet's edge. Ensure it is firmly seated.

4.3. Pemasangan Pembesar Suara dan Mikrofon

1. Remove some of the padding from inside your helmet to access the speaker placement areas.
2. Attach the Velcro pads to the back of the speakers and inside the helmet where the speakers will be placed.
3. Connect the speakers to the microphone cable. Note that one speaker has a shorter cable and the other has a longer cable. Place the speaker with the shorter cable on the side near the S1 main unit (left side).
4. Thread the speaker with the longer cable through the top padding of your helmet to reach the opposite side.
5. Secure both speakers inside the helmet using the Velcro pads, ensuring they are positioned comfortably over your ears. Speaker pads can be placed between the Velcro and speaker unit for better hearing.
6. Attach the microphone (either wired or boom microphone) to its Velcro pad.
7. Place the microphone in the front of your helmet, near your mouth, ensuring it is securely attached and does not obstruct your vision or helmet closure.
8. Tuck any excess cables behind the helmet padding for a neat and secure fit.

Use the provided cleaning pack or a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the headset. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the unit.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

If you encounter issues with your ASMAX S1 headset, try the following solutions:

• Tiada Kuasa: Ensure the device is fully charged using the provided USB Type-C cable.
• Isu Ketersambungan: Check Bluetooth settings on your phone or other devices. Ensure the headset is in pairing mode. Try restarting both the headset and the connected device.
• Kualiti Audio Lemah: Verify that speakers are correctly positioned over your ears. Ensure microphone is close to your mouth and not obstructed. Check for firmware updates via the ASMAX app.
• Pemotongan Interkom: Ensure all connected units are within range and fully charged. Re-establish the intercom connection.
• Arahan Suara Tidak Memberi Balasan: Speak clearly and directly into the microphone. Ensure there is no excessive background noise.
• Matikan automatik: Some users have reported an auto-off feature if no communication occurs for several minutes. Check the ASMAX app or user manual for settings related to automatic power saving or shut-off, if available.
