5.1. Muat turun Apl Smart Life

The EIGHTREE Smart Plug ET26 operates with the Smart Life application. Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

5.2. Hidupkan Palam Pintar

Plug the EIGHTREE Smart Plug ET26 into a wall outlet. The indicator light on the plug will begin to blink.

5.3. Connecting the Smart Plug to the App

There are two primary methods for connecting your smart plug to the Smart Life app: Bluetooth Connection (recommended) and Wi-Fi Connection.

5.3.1. Bluetooth Connection (Recommended)

This method is generally faster and more straightforward.

6. Wait for connection: The app will attempt to connect to the device. Once successful, the indicator light on the plug will stop blinking and remain solid.

5.3.2. Wi-Fi Connection (When Bluetooth is OFF)

If Bluetooth is off or the recommended method fails, you can use the Wi-Fi connection method.

1. Add device in app: Open the Smart Life app. Tap "Add device" or the "+" icon, then select "Plug (BLE+Wi-Fi)" under the Electrical category.

5. Select 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and enter password: Choose your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter its password. Nota: The smart plug only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
6. Wait for connection: The app will connect to the device. Once successful, the indicator light on the plug will stop blinking and remain solid.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

If you encounter issues with your EIGHTREE Smart Plug ET26, try the following steps:

• Kegagalan Sambungan: If the initial connection fails, attempt to reset the plug by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds until the indicator light blinks. Then, try the connection process again.
• Isu Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The smart plug does not support 5GHz networks. Check your Wi-Fi password for accuracy.
• Apl Tidak Menjawab: Close and reopen the Smart Life app. If the issue persists, restart your smartphone.
• Peranti Tidak Responsif: Unplug the smart plug from the wall outlet, wait for 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.
