5. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

Proper installation is crucial for the efficient operation of your portable air conditioner. Follow these steps:

5.1 Memilih Lokasi

• Letakkan unit di permukaan yang rata dan stabil.
• Pastikan terdapat sekurang-kurangnya 20 inci ruang di sekeliling unit untuk aliran udara yang betul.

5.2 Pemasangan Hos Ekzos

The unit requires an exhaust hose to vent hot air outside. The window installation kit supports both sliding and hung window types.

1. Attach the Air Exhaust Duct Connector to one end of the Air Exhaust Duct.
2. Attach the Window Exhaust Adapter to the other end of the Air Exhaust Duct.
3. Insert the Air Exhaust Duct Connector into the exhaust outlet on the back of the air conditioner.
4. Adjust the Baffle Plate to fit your window opening (applicable window width/height: 25"-47").
5. Secure the Baffle Plate in the window opening.
6. Connect the Window Exhaust Adapter to the opening in the Baffle Plate, ensuring a tight seal to prevent hot air from re-entering the room.

5.3 Drain Hose Installation (Dehumidifier Mode)

For continuous drainage in dehumidifier mode, connect the drain hose:

• Locate the drain port on the back of the unit.
• Connect the provided Drain Hose to the drain port.
• Direct the other end of the drain hose to a suitable drainage area, ensuring it is lower than the unit's drain port for gravity flow.

6.2 Mod Pengendalian

• Mod Sejuk: Provides cooling. Set desired temperature using the “+” or “-” buttons.
• Mod Kipas: Circulates air without cooling. Select high or low fan speed.
• Mod Kering (Penyahlembap): Removes moisture from the air. The fan speed is fixed to low in this mode.

6.3 Fungsi Lain

• Pemasa: Press to set the auto-on or auto-off time (1-24 hours).

3. Wash the filter with warm water (below 104℉ / 40℃) and a mild detergent.
4. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before re-installing.

7.2 Membersihkan Bahagian Luar Unit

Lap bahagian luar dengan lembut, damp kain. Jangan gunakan bahan kimia yang keras atau pembersih yang kasar.

7.3 Penyimpanan

Jika menyimpan unit untuk tempoh yang lama:

• Toskan sebarang air terkumpul dari unit.
• Bersihkan penapis udara.

8. Penyelesaian masalah

• Unit does not cool: Ensure the exhaust hose is properly installed and venting outside. Check if the air filter is clean. Verify the room temperature is above the set temperature.
• Kebocoran air: Ensure the unit is on a level surface. Check if the drain plug is securely closed (unless continuous drainage is set up).
