1. Pengenalan
This manual provides detailed instructions for the HPRT T260LR 2-Inch Bluetooth Portable Label Printer. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper operation and to maximize its lifespan. This compact thermal label printer is designed for various labeling needs in home, office, and small business environments.

3. Persediaan
3.1. Menghidupkan/Mematikan
- To power on, press and hold the power button located on the side of the printer for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light illuminates.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.
3.2. Memuatkan Kertas Label
- Open the printer cover by gently pulling it outward with both hands.
- Insert the label paper roll into the compartment. Ensure the print side (thermosensitive layer) faces upwards. The printer supports label widths ranging from 0.8 to 2 inches (20-50mm).
- Lift the paper guide lever and adjust the paper guide to match the width of your label paper.
- Press the lever down to lock the paper guide in place.
- Pull out a short length of paper beyond the paper outlet and close the cover. The printer will automatically feed the paper and roll it back, preparing for printing.

3.3. Pemasangan Aplikasi & Sambungan Bluetooth
- Download the 'HereLabel' app from your device's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS). You can also scan the QR code provided in the quick start guide or visit hm.hprt.com/en/download/?from=T21.
- Pastikan Bluetooth didayakan pada telefon mudah alih anda.
- Open the 'HereLabel' app. Tap on the 'Not connected' option, usually found at the top of the screen.
- From the list of available Bluetooth devices, select 'HM-T260LR-XXXX' (where XXXX represents the last four digits of your printer's Bluetooth address) to connect.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1. Creating and Customizing Labels
The 'HereLabel' app offers extensive customization options:
- Select a Template: Choose from recommended templates under 'Current Consumables' or tap 'New' to start from scratch.
- Insert Elements: The app supports various elements including text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, icons, tables, lines, and shapes.
- Customize Elements: Adjust font, font size, font effects (bold, italic, underline), and element position on the label.
- Image Integration: Upload images from your phone's gallery to include on your labels.

4.2. Mencetak Label
Once your label design is complete:
- Review pracetakview in the app to ensure the layout is correct.
- Laraskan bilangan salinan jika perlu.
- Tap the 'Print' button to send the label design to your HPRT T260LR printer.

5.4. Versatile Label Sizes

6. Penyelenggaraan
6.1. Membersihkan Kepala Cetak
To maintain print quality, regularly clean the print head:
- Ensure the printer is powered off and disconnected from any power source.
- Buka penutup pencetak.
- Lap kepala cetak dengan lembut menggunakan kapasampditambah dengan isopropil alkohol.
- Biarkan kepala cetak kering sepenuhnya sebelum menutup penutup dan menghidupkan pencetak.
6.2. Penjagaan Bateri
The printer contains a Lithium Ion battery. To prolong battery life:
- Elakkan menyahcas sepenuhnya bateri dengan kerap.
- Simpan pencetak di tempat yang sejuk dan kering apabila tidak digunakan untuk tempoh yang lama.
- Charge the printer using the provided USB-C cable.
