1. Unboxing dan Pengenalan Komponen

3. Pemasangan Perisian

Your laser engraver comes bundled with EZCad software and is fully compatible with LightBurn software. Install the software from the provided USB drive or download the latest version from the official OMTech website or LightBurn webtapak.

• EZCad: Follow the installation instructions provided on the USB drive.
• LightBurn: Download and install LightBurn. Ensure your machine drivers are correctly installed for LightBurn to recognize the engraver.

Arahan Operasi

1. Power On and Software Launch

Turn on the main power switch on the engraver. Launch your preferred software (EZCad or LightBurn) on your computer.

2. Penyediaan Bahan

Place your material securely on the workbed. Ensure it is flat and stable to prevent movement during engraving.

3. Pelarasan Fokus

The laser engraver is equipped with a red dot indicator to assist in adjusting the focus. Press the focus button to activate the red dot guider. Adjust the height of the laser head until the two red dots converge into a single, sharp point on the material surface. This indicates optimal focus.

4. Engraving/Marking Process

1. Import or create your design in the software.
2. Adjust laser parameters (power, speed, frequency) according to the material type and desired effect. Refer to the software's material settings guide for recommendations.
3. Praview the engraving path to ensure correct placement.
4. Initiate the engraving process. Monitor the machine during operation.

5. Rotary Axis Compatibility

This machine features a rotary axis connection port, allowing for engraving on cylindrical surfaces such as rings, bracelets, or other curved objects. Simply connect a compatible rotary axis (sold separately) to the designated port and configure settings in the software.

6. Versatile Material Processing

The OMTech 30W Fiber Laser Engraver is capable of marking and etching a wide range of materials, primarily metals and certain non-metals. Examples termasuk:
