This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new appliance. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

2. Arahan Keselamatan Penting
Apabila menggunakan peralatan elektrik, langkah berjaga-jaga keselamatan asas hendaklah sentiasa diikuti untuk mengurangkan risiko kebakaran, kejutan elektrik dan/atau kecederaan kepada orang, termasuk yang berikut:

3. Komponen Produk
Familiarize yourself with the main components of your La Pavoni LPSCVS01EU coffee machine.
- Brewing Group (E61): The heart of the machine, where coffee extraction takes place. Made of brass with a chrome finish.
- Tuas: Used to activate the brewing process and control water flow through the E61 group.
- Tongkat Stim: For frothing milk to create lattes and cappuccinos. Made of stainless steel.
- Hot Water Nozzle: Dispenses hot water for americanos, tea, or pre-heating cups. Made of stainless steel.
- Boiler Pressure Gauge: Displays the pressure inside the boiler, indicating readiness for steam and hot water.
- Pump Pressure Gauge: Shows the pressure during coffee extraction, crucial for optimal espresso.
- Tangki Air: Removable tank with a 2.9L capacity for fresh water supply.
- Dulang Drip: Collects excess water and coffee drips, easily removable for cleaning.
- Pemanas Cawan: Passive heating surface on top of the machine to keep cups warm.

4. Persediaan Awal
4.1 Membongkar
- Keluarkan mesin dari pembungkusannya dengan berhati-hati.
- Tanggalkan semua filem pelindung dan bahan pembungkusan.
- Place the machine on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and direct sunlight.
- Pastikan pengudaraan yang mencukupi di sekeliling mesin.
4.2 Mengisi Tangki Air
- Tanggalkan tangki air dari bahagian belakang mesin.
- Fill the tank with fresh, cold, filtered water up to the MAX level indicator. The tank capacity is 2.9 liters.
- Letakkan tangki air kembali ke kedudukannya, pastikan ia diletakkan dengan betul.
- The machine also supports direct water connection; refer to the separate plumbing instructions if using this feature.
4.3 Penggunaan Pertama dan Penyepuhan
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet (220-240V, 50/60Hz).
- Hidupkan suis kuasa utama. Mesin akan mula menjadi panas.
- The boiler pressure gauge will rise as the machine heats. This may take 15-20 minutes.
- Once the boiler pressure reaches the optimal range (typically 1-1.2 bar), the machine is ready.
- Menyuburkan pam: Before first use, or if the machine has been left unused for a long time, lift the brewing lever fully to allow water to flow through the group head until a steady stream is observed. This ensures the pump is primed and the system is filled.
- Priming the steam/hot water wand: Open the steam/hot water valve briefly to release any air and allow water to flow through.
5. Arahan Operasi
5.1 Membancuh Espresso
- Ensure the machine is heated to operating temperature (boiler gauge in optimal range).
- Insert the portafilter into the brewing group and lock it into place.
- Letakkan cawan espresso anda di atas dulang titisan.
- Lift the brewing lever fully to start the pre-infusion and extraction process.
- Monitor the pump pressure gauge; it should ideally be around 9-10 bar during extraction.
- Once the desired volume of espresso is reached, lower the lever to stop the flow.
- Remove the portafilter and discard the used coffee grounds.

5.2 Menggunakan Tongkat Stim untuk Membuih Susu
- Ensure the machine is at operating temperature and the boiler pressure is sufficient for steam.
- Purge the steam wand by briefly opening the steam valve to release any condensed water. Close the valve.
- Immerse the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of cold milk in a stainless steel pitcher.
- Open the steam valve fully.
- Lower the pitcher slightly to introduce air for aeration, then raise it to create a swirling motion for texturing.
- Once the milk reaches the desired temperature and texture, close the steam valve.
- Segera lap tongkat wap dengan iklanamp cloth and purge it again to clear any milk residue.

5.3 Mendispens Air Panas
- Place a cup under the hot water nozzle.
- Open the hot water valve to dispense hot water.
- Close the valve when the desired amount of water is dispensed.
6. Penyelenggaraan dan Pembersihan
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee machine. Always unplug the machine and allow it to cool before cleaning.
6.1 Pembersihan Harian
- Dulang Drip: Kosongkan dan bilas dulang titisan setiap hari.
- Tongkat Stim: Sejurus selepas setiap penggunaan, lap tongkat stim denganamp cloth and purge it to prevent milk residue buildup.
- Penapis Portabel & Bakul: Rinse the portafilter and filter baskets after each use.
- Kumpulan Pembuatan Bir: Perform a quick backflush (if applicable with a blind filter) or rinse the group head by lifting the lever without the portafilter to flush out loose coffee grounds.
- Luaran: Wipe down the stainless steel exterior with a soft, damp kain. Jangan gunakan pembersih yang kasar.
6.2 Pembersihan Mingguan
- Tangki Air: Remove and thoroughly clean the water tank with mild soap and water. Rinse well.
- Shower Screen & Gasket: Inspect and clean the shower screen and group head gasket. Refer to specific instructions for removal and reinstallation if necessary.
6.3 Penyahkelasan
The frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of your water and usage. It is recommended to descale every 2-3 months or as needed. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for espresso machines. Follow the instructions provided with the descaling product carefully.
Nota: Regular use of filtered water can reduce the frequency of descaling.
