4. Persediaan
4.1. Mengecas Fon Telinga dan Sarung

6. Penyelenggaraan
6.1. Pembersihan
- Bersihkan fon telinga dan bekas pengecas dengan kerap menggunakan kain yang lembut, kering dan tidak berbulu.
- Tanggalkan kusyen telinga dan bersihkannya secara berasingan dengan sabun lembut dan air jika perlu, pastikan ia kering sepenuhnya sebelum dipasang semula.
- Jangan gunakan bahan kimia yang keras atau bahan yang melelas.
6.2. Tahan Air
The CrossBeats Spark earbuds are IPX5 rated, meaning they are resistant to splashes and sweat. They are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to heavy rain or direct water jets.

6.3. Penyimpanan
Apabila tidak digunakan, simpan fon telinga di dalam bekas pengecasannya untuk melindunginya daripada habuk, kerosakan dan memastikan ia sentiasa dicas.

If you encounter issues with your CrossBeats Spark earbuds, try the following solutions:
- Fon telinga tidak berpasangan:
- Pastikan kedua-dua fon telinga dicas.
- Matikan Bluetooth pada peranti anda dan hidupkannya semula.
- Forget "CrossBeats Spark" from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to pair again.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-initiate pairing mode.
