1. Pengenalan

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your XSDTS Smart Lock Digital Smart Lock Doorbell. This smart lock offers multiple unlocking methods including fingerprint, RFID card, digital key, mobile application (Tuya Wifi App), and traditional physical keys. It is designed for doors with a thickness between 35mm and 75mm and includes child safety features.

3. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

3.1 Pengukuran Pra-Pemasangan

Before beginning installation, ensure your door meets the required specifications. Accurate measurements are crucial for proper fit and function.

1. Measure the thickness of your door frame.
2. Measure the length of the guide piece.
3. Measure the width of the guide piece.
4. Confirm the door aligns with the center of the lock.
5. Measure the distance for the screw hole of the back panel.

3.2 Pemasangan Bateri

The smart lock requires 4 AA batteries (not included). Locate the battery cover on the back panel and insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators.

3.3 Persediaan Awal dan Sambungan Apl

To utilize the smart features, download the Tuya Smart APP.

1. Muat turun aplikasi "Tuya Smart" daripada gedung aplikasi peranti anda.
2. Daftar atau log masuk ke akaun anda.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your XSDTS Smart Lock. This typically involves putting the lock into pairing mode and connecting it to your Wi-Fi network.
4. Once connected, you can manage users, generate temporary passwords, and view membuka kunci rekod.

4. Mengendalikan Kunci Pintar

4.1 Kaedah Membuka Kunci

4.1.1 Buka Kunci Cap Jari

4.1.2 Passcode Unlock

Enter your registered passcode on the keypad. Press the '#' key to confirm.

Kata Laluan Anti-Intip: Untuk mengelakkan orang lain daripada meneka kata laluan anda, anda boleh memasukkan digit rawak sebelum atau selepas kata laluan sebenar anda. Contohnyaample, if your password is "123456", you can enter "987123456098" and the lock will still recognize "123456".

4.1.3 RFID Card Unlock

Present your registered RFID card to the card reading area on the lock.

4.1.4 Tuya App Unlock

Open the Tuya Smart App on your smartphone. Select your lock and use the unlock function within the app. You can also generate temporary passwords or send remote unlocking requests.

4.1.5 Mechanical Key Unlock

In case of battery depletion or system malfunction, use the provided mechanical keys to unlock the door. The keyhole is typically located at the bottom of the front panel.

4.2 Mengunci Pintu

The XSDTS Smart Lock features an auto-lock function. After closing the door, the lock will automatically engage.

4.3 Fungsi Loceng Pintu

The smart lock has a built-in doorbell. When the doorbell button is pressed, it will alert you via the lock's speaker and potentially through the Tuya app, depending on your settings.

5. Penyelenggaraan

5.1 Penggantian Bateri

When the battery indicator shows low power, replace all four AA batteries promptly. Do not mix old and new batteries.

5.2 Pembersihan

Clean the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or electronic components.

5.3 Fingerprint Sensor Care

Keep the fingerprint sensor clean and free of dirt or moisture to ensure optimal performance.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

6.1 Lock Not Responding

• Periksa paras bateri. Gantikan bateri jika lemah.
• Ensure the lock is properly installed and all connections are secure.
• Use the mechanical key as a backup.

6.2 Fingerprint Not Recognized

• Pastikan jari anda bersih dan kering.
• Try repositioning your finger on the sensor.
• Re-register your fingerprint if the issue persists.

6.3 Isu Kesambungan Aplikasi

• Ensure your Wi-Fi network is stable and the lock is within range.
• Restart your Wi-Fi router and the smart lock.
• Semak kemas kini aplikasi.
• Re-pair the lock with the Tuya app if necessary.

6.4 Lock Does Not Auto-Lock

• Verify that the auto-lock feature is enabled in the app settings.
