Welcome to the user manual for your DIHOOM 2K/3MP Solar Security Camera system. This manual provides detailed instructions on how to set up, operate, and maintain your new security cameras. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper functionality and safety.
The DIHOOM Solar Security Camera is designed for outdoor home surveillance, offering high-resolution video, solar-powered continuous operation, advanced motion detection, and two-way audio communication. Its robust IP66 weatherproof design ensures reliable performance in various environmental conditions.

3. Panduan Persediaan
3.1 Pengecasan Awal
Before initial use, fully charge the camera's built-in battery using the provided USB cable. Connect the cable to the camera's charging port and a 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included). A full charge typically takes several hours.
3.2 Muat Turun Apl dan Pembuatan Akaun
Muat turun CloudEdge app from your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store). Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and log in.

3.3 Sambungan Wi-Fi
- Open the CloudEdge app and tap the '+' icon to add a new device.
- Pilih model kamera anda daripada senarai.
- Follow the app's prompts to connect the camera to your Rangkaian Wi-Fi 2.4GHz. Ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz network during setup.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your phone with the camera lens. You will hear a confirmation sound once connected.

3.4 Memasang Kamera dan Panel Suria
Choose a mounting location that provides a clear view of the area you wish to monitor and receives ample direct sunlight for the solar panel. Ensure the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Tandakan titik penggerudian menggunakan templat pelekap.
- Tebuk lubang dan masukkan penambat dinding jika perlu.
- Secure the camera and solar panel mounting brackets with screws.
- Attach the camera and solar panel to their respective brackets.
- Sambungkan kabel panel solar ke port pengecasan kamera.
- Adjust the angle of the camera and solar panel for optimal coverage and sunlight exposure.

4. Arahan Operasi
4.1 Langsung View dan Main semula
Open the CloudEdge app and select your camera to view the live feed. You can access recorded footage from the cloud or the installed Micro SD card through the playback option in the app.

4.2 Audio Dua Hala
Untuk menggunakan ciri audio dua hala, ketik ikon mikrofon dalam siaran langsung view interface of the app. You can then speak through your phone, and your voice will be projected through the camera's speaker. Release the icon to listen.

4.3 Pengesanan Gerakan dan Makluman
The camera utilizes Smart PIR (Passive Infrared) motion detection to identify human-like movement. When motion is detected, the camera can:
- Send instant push notifications to your phone.
- Activate the built-in spotlight for color night vision and deterrence.
- Bunyikan siren yang boleh didengar.
You can customize motion detection sensitivity and set specific detection zones within the app to minimize false alarms.

4.4 Penglihatan Malam
The camera supports both infrared (IR) black-and-white night vision and full-color night vision. When the spotlight is activated (e.g., by motion detection), the camera can capture vivid color images and videos even in complete darkness.

4.5 Berkongsi Akses Peranti
You can share access to your camera's live feed and recordings with family members or trusted individuals through the CloudEdge app. Each shared user will need their own CloudEdge account.
5. Penyelenggaraan
5.1 Pembersihan
Regularly clean the camera lens and the surface of the solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to ensure optimal performance. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the surfaces.
5.2 Penjagaan Bateri
The solar panel is designed to keep the camera's battery charged. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. In periods of prolonged cloudy weather or low sunlight, you may need to manually charge the camera using the USB cable.
5.3 Kemas Kini Perisian Tegar
Periodically check the CloudEdge app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures you have the latest features, security enhancements, and bug fixes.
6. Penyelesaian masalah
If you encounter issues with your DIHOOM Solar Security Camera, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

6.1 Menetapkan Semula Peranti
If issues persist, you may need to reset the camera to its factory settings. Locate the reset button (usually a small pinhole) on the camera. Use a pin or paperclip to press and hold the reset button for approximately 5-10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt indicating a successful reset. After resetting, you will need to re-add the camera to the CloudEdge app.
