5. Penyelenggaraan
5.1. Hayat Bateri dan Pengecasan
The Note Air 3 C offers an average battery life of 1 day with typical usage. To maximize battery longevity, avoid extreme temperatures and use the provided USB cable for charging. It is recommended to fully charge the device before its first use.
5.2. Pembersihan
To clean the screen and body of your device, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the screen or finish.
5.3. Kemas Kini Perisian
BOOX provides regular firmware updates to enhance performance, add new features, and improve security. It is recommended to keep your device's software up to date. You can check for updates in the device settings. BOOX commits to at least 3 years of firmware updates for its products.
6. Penyelesaian masalah
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your BOOX Note Air 3 C.
6.1. Peranti Tidak Membalas
- If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds to force a restart.
- Ensure the battery is not completely drained. Connect the device to a charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power it on again.
6.2. Isu Ketersambungan Wi-Fi
- Verify that Wi-Fi is enabled on your device and that you are within range of a known network.
- Semak kata laluan Wi-Fi anda untuk ketepatannya.

6.3. Stilus Tidak Berfungsi
