4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan
The BOTORRO R7 treadmill is designed for easy installation. Assembly typically involves securing the handlebars.
- Membongkar: Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging. It is recommended to have two people for this step due to the weight of the unit.

5.2. Memulakan Senaman
- Lampirkan Kunci Keselamatan: Clip the safety key to your clothing and insert the other end into the designated slot on the console. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key.
- Hidupkan kuasa: Press the 'Start' button on the console. The belt will begin to move at a low speed after a short countdown.
- Laraskan Kelajuan: Use the speed adjustment buttons or the smart adjustment knob to increase or decrease the belt speed. The treadmill offers a speed range of 0.9 to 16 mph (1.5 to 25.7 km/h).
- Laraskan Kecondongan: Use the incline adjustment buttons or the smart adjustment knob to change the incline level. The R7 offers 18 levels of automatic incline adjustment.
